July, 4, 2011 - An oxymoron in Tempe

Tempe Government Tyrants Host a "Freedom Celebration"

Government tyrants always love to tell the serfs that they are free. Slaves love it when they think they are free.

The tyrants that rule the Peoples Republic of Tempe are not any different then other tyrants thru out the world and at this July 4 holiday at Tempe Town Toilet they will also tell their serfs that they are free.

In photo 1 the Tempe rulers tell their serfs they are free, but that also the Bill of Rights is null and void in the Police State they call Tempe.

First the poster tells them their 2nd Amendment rights are null and void with:

No Firearms, Knifes or Other Weapons
The reason the Founders passed the Second Amendment was to allow the People to protect themselves against government tyrants like these Tempe rulers.

Then the text in photo 1 goes on to tell the serfs of Tempe that their 4th Amendment right against government searches with out a search warrant issued based on "probable cause" is also null and void with:

All Persons And Bags Are Subject to Search
Then it flushes the 4th Amendment down the toilet even more with:
July 4th Tempe Town Lake Festival reserves the right to search all personal belongings
All I can say is F* those government tyrants that rule Tempe.!

Last but not least the Tempe Town Lake, or Tempe Town Toilet is all about raising revenue for the royal rulers of Tempe.

This is Arizona and it gets hotter then heck here. on Saturday, July 1, three days before this festival it hit 118°F in the Phoenix area.

That's why the royal rulers of Tempe are making it illegal to bring more then a gallon of water into the festival. The sign says:

Manufacturers sealed container of water - 1 gallon per person allowed
The Royal Rulers of Tempe just view their serfs a warm pieces of meat they can sell 12 ounces bottles of water to at $2 a pop. as we see in photo 2 which says:
Water $2

Tempe frequently likes to mix government and the private sector. That way they can have the private sector do things which would be illegal for a government entity to do. In Photo 3 we see the cover of the magazine which contains information on the July 4 event was produced not by the city of Tempe but by the Kiwanis Club of Tempe.

I suspect that way they can say that the city of Tempe didn't pay for the free publicity given to Mayor Hallman of Tempe and the Tempe City Councilmen and women.

In Photo 4 we have some free publicity given to Tempe Mayor Hallman. Again I suspect the reason the book was printed by the Kiwanis Club of Tempe was so the Mayor could say the city of Tempe didn't pay for the free publicity.

However I suspect that the city of Tempe indirectly paid for printing of this booklet. They probably had the Kiwanis Club of Tempe print them up, but paid the Kiwanis Club of Tempe to do it.

Last but not least in Photo 5 we see some free publicity given to the royal Tempe City Council members.
