But this is just wishful thinking on my part.
I am a Libertarian Anarchist and I would prefer to
do away altogether with any government that uses force
to rule over their citizens.
- I would like ALL government employees to be both
criminally liable and civilly liable for all
laws they break and damages they cause
while acting as a government ruler
or a government employee.
Of course there should not be any time limit
or statute of limitations associated with this
law.
If a government rulers violates your rights
of steals your property you should be able to
sue then for the violation anytime until you die.
- I would like a law requiring that ALL new laws passed
by state, county, city or other government entities
to be approved by the voters in an elections that
would be held once a year.
There would be one exception to this law.
That would allow the elected officials to repeal
any laws without the repealed law requiring
the approval of the people.
The purpose of this law would be to eliminate
as much bad government as possible.
When the Maricopa County Supervisors voted to approve
the theft of $1 billion in tax dollars to build a
stadium for the Arizona Diamondbacks the citizens of
Maricopa County were overwhelmingly against it.
I law like this would have allowed the people of
Maricopa County to shoot down that stadium.
The same thing was true a few years before that when
the royal rulers of Phoenix passed a law building a
new basketball stadium for the Phoenix Suns,
despite the people being overwhelmingly against the
stadium.
- I would like "sunset law" requiring all laws that are
passed by our government masters to expire after
x years. Or even better maybe once a year.
The intent of this law again would be to remove all
the crummy bad laws on the books.
- I would like a law that makes it illegal for our government
masters to pass laws making "victimless crimes" illegal.
I think all laws against victimless crimes,
such as drug use or drug sales,
prostitution,
gambling,
censorship
and consensual sex acts are wrong.
This law would make it illegal to pass any silly laws like those
above.
- I would like a law making all government rulers liable
for any and all unconstitutional laws they pass.
The law would also make any government rulers liable
for all damages cause by any unconstitutional laws they passed.
The law would also make any government rulers liable
for all the legal fees people had to pay to get the laws
repealed or to challenge the laws.
The law would also make police officers and other government employees
who enforced these unconstitutional laws liable for all damages
they caused.
Of course there would be no statute of limitations on this law.
I person could sue any time up till they die for violations of
this law.
- There should be a law saying that if you can't vote you
don't have to pay taxes.
Pretty simple, taxation with out representation is wrong.
Children who can't vote shouldn't be required to pay taxes.
Adults who can't vote, or are not allowed to vote, such as
ex-cons, shouldn't be forced to pay taxes.
And for that matter adults who choose not to vote shouldn't
be required to pay taxes.
- There should be a law making it illegal for elected officials,
appointed government bureaucrats and other government employees
to have taxpayer funded bodyguards.
If an elected official or government employee needs a bodyguard
he is probably a tyrant, not a public servant,
and he certainly doesn't deserve a taxpayer funded
bodyguard to protect him from the people he is abusing.
- He should be illegal for elected officials, government bureaucrats,
police officers, judges, and all other government employees to lie
to anyone while on the job or about work related matters.
- Currently cops, prosecutors, judges and juries are given immunity
for damages they do in their work, such as framing an innocent
person and locking them up for 10 years like they did to
Ray Krone.
Cops, prosecutors, judges, juries and other government employees
should be liable for their actions and that includes being liable
when the "accidentally" frame an innocent person and send them off
to jail.
Of course the cops, prosecutors and judges will whine and cry that
if they held accountable for their actions they won't be able to
send criminals off to jail.
Well that is 100 percent BS.
If a cop, prosecutor, or judge can't do their job with out
shipping an innocent person to jail, they shouldn't have the job.
If cops, prosecutors and judges were liable for damages
when they send an innocent person to prison
they would be a lot more careful on how they do their job.
We are often given the line of BS that in the American criminal
justice system they would rather have 100 guilty people be set
free then have one innocent person be sent to prison.
Well that is 100 percent BS.
It seems from the actions of cops, prosecutors, and judges that
they would rather have 100 innocent people rot in prison then
let one guilty person be set free.
Well that in BS and needs to be changed.
