Of course like most cops, these TSA and Homeland Security police thugs seem to think that the laws are for everybody execpt them to obey.
It is against the law to bring food or drinks on the light rail trains. Of course that isn't going to stop these Homeland Security police thugs from breaking the law.
Notice the piggy with the blueish shirt that says "TSA Inspector". He has a liter bottle of what looks like to be a soft drink, or perhaps energy drink of some type.
As with most cops their mantra is:

While the TSA and Homeland Security Police are saying they don't have to obey any stinking laws that say it's illegal to eat or drink on the light rail trains, the Chandler motorcycle cops and Arizona Highway Patrol motorcycle cops are saying "f* you" to those silly laws making it illegal to park on the sidewalk.
This Chandler motorcycle piggy says he can park anywhere he wants to, and these Arizona DPS motorcycle swine are saying the same thing.
I guess the message is:
I'm a cop, I got a gun and badge and that means I can do anything I want to. If you don't like it f* you!
