It's standard operating procedure to call the FBI when ever a child can't be found? - "police called in department detectives and FBI agents, which Phoenix police said is standard protocol in a missing child case"
What part of the Constitution requires Federal cops to be called ever time a child is reported missing? OK, last time I checked there isn't anything in the Constitution about the Feds being required to investigate every missing child in the land. And I suspect a lot of Libertarian legal experts will tell you that the creation of the FBI agency was unconstitutional. Of course more often then not government isn't about being "public servants", it's about creating jobs programs for special interest groups that help our government rulers get elected. And of course FBI agents, like all other Federal government employees are one of those special interest groups.
Phoenix police: Missing boy found in pool, dead May. 22, 2011 08:34 AM The Arizona Republic The Phoenix Police Department said a boy thought to have gone missing Saturday night was pronounced dead after he was found submerged in a swimming pool he was last seen playing in. The discovery ended a search for the 5-year-old boy after family members reported him missing about 6:30 p.m. Family members told police that Gecari Carroll had been playing with a group of children at an apartment complex pool when he went missing. After searching for about 10 minutes, the family called police, according to the Phoenix Police Department. Responding officers searched the pool and believed the child had walked away when they didn't see him in the water, police said. The department then started a wider search of the area that included a Phoenix Police air unit and going door to door at the apartment complex. Additionally, the police called in department detectives and FBI agents, which Phoenix police said is standard protocol in a missing child case. The boy was found when a department dive team performed a sweep of the pool and found Gecari at the bottom. He was transported to an area hospital, where Phoenix police said he was pronounced dead. |
