I guess this means the cops will arrest you if you can't prove your NOT a criminal!
The government rulers tell us they would rather let 100 criminals go then put one innocent person in jail. But that is rubbish. If you can't prove your not a criminal the cops are going to arrest you. In Mesa the cops have what seems to be a new program where they stop people for trivial stuff. Run their names thru the computer searching for arrest warrants and search the people for guns and drugs. I suspect that is the real reason the cops stopped this guy.
Mesa man accused of assaulting police officers by Allison Oswalt - Mar. 1, 2011 03:15 PM The Arizona Republic- 12 News Breaking News Team A 38-year-old Mesa man was arrested Monday afternoon on charges of assaulting two Mesa police officers, police said. Police said they saw Dustin Parker Curry walk through a chain link fence from the east side of the canal at Broadway Road and into to a vacant lot at south Winterhaven Street in Mesa. Curry told police that he did not know whose property he was on and refused to identify himself. When police attempted to detain him, he attacked both officers and ran eastbound across the street, police said. Following in pursuit, officer were able to take the suspect into custody, where he identified himself as Dustin Curry. Police said they also found an outstanding warrant for Curry's arrest. Neither officer was seriously injured. Curry has previous convictions charges that include multiple failure to appear and aggravated assault on a police officer. |
