I do not agree with what you have to say,
but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
VoltaireOK, lets change that quote for Christopher Robert Youngs who I will be defending in a few paragraphs to: I do not agree with what you read or view in your private life, but I'll defend to the death your right to read and view it..If you ask me Christopher Robert Youngs is a pervert. But who cares as long as he doesn't harm anyone. In this article Christopher Robert Youngs isn't accused of raping any children. Nor is Christopher Robert Youngs accused of molesting any children. In fact Christopher Robert Youngs isn't accused of any violent crimes. The only crime Christopher Robert Youngs is accused of is the victimless crime of looking at dirty photos of children. For that victimless crime Christopher Robert Youngs received 170 years in prison. I think that is insane! Sure the guy is a pervert, but he is a harmless pervert. Yes the article talks about his desires but the article is big on talk and the article doesn't accuse of him of raping or molesting any children. Sure the guy is a pervert, but I think it is wrong for the government to jail perverts for the rest of their lives simply because of their thoughts. Don't these cops have any real criminals to hunt down like robbers, rapists or murderers? I guess not! It would be fun to make a public records request and demand to view the dirty photos that Christopher Robert Youngs was sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison for looking at. Not because I want to see the photos, but because I want to hear the lame excuses the government nannies give for refusing to allow the public to view. I suspect the Tempe Police will tell us these photos are extremely dangerous and will cause anyone that sees them to rape small children. Of course if that is true how come Christopher Robert Youngs wasn't arrested for raping children. Of course if that is true, are the Tempe Police who arrested Christopher Robert Youngs and saw the photos now raping young children? I doubt it. I suspect the photos are rather boring. despite the fact that the government nannies that are locking Christopher Robert Youngs up for the rest of his life claim they are dangerous. I wonder, did the jury in the trial of Christopher Robert Youngs get to see the alleged dirty photos? Or did the cops say the photos were so evil that the jury was not allowed to view them? Of course this reminds me of when the church declared that homosexuality was a capital crime and burned gay folks that the stake. Jesus Christ, it's 2011 and we still haven't figured out that religion and all the hate that comes out of religion is a bunch of bunk. Just for the record so the Tempe Police won't come by my home and break down my door and arrest me for defending a harmless pervert I do not like children. Nor am I gay. I suspect many Tempe cops would like to put gay folks in prison for the rest of their lives like they railroaded Christopher Robert Youngs. I am a good old fashioned heterosexual and I prefer woman. My ideal woman would be a Jenna Jamison or a Chantilly Lace, or even Letha Weapons.
Tempe investigation leads to 170-year prison term for child predator Posted: Friday, May 13, 2011 11:31 am | Updated: 11:59 am, Fri May 13, 2011. By Mike Sakal, Tribune East Valley Tribune Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Whitten described the case as the darkest he had ever seen. And now that he's been convicted, Christopher Robert Youngs will not see the light of day for a long time. Youngs, 61, who had accumulated hundreds of child pornographic images of children under 5 years old and traveled throughout the midwestern United States in 2008 while planning sexual encounters with underage girls, was sentenced to 170 years of prison on Friday, according to information from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. Based on Youngs' Internet chats he had with underage girls, [ well imaginary underage girls that a Tempe police officer was pretending to be ] police investigators conducted a welfare check at his motel room in Tempe where they found blood smears in various locations, a computer and a flash drive with hundreds of child pornography images and videos as well as a list of names of underage children he had planned to meet for sexual activity. Last month, a jury found Youngs guilty of 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, stemming from the 2008 investigation by Tempe police. [ That investigation didn't involve any REAL children. That investigation was don't by a Tempe police officer who pretended to be a child who loved having sex with perverted old men. And Christopher Robert Youngs was arrested for wanting to have sex with and imaginary child that didn't exist. ] In early December of that year, Youngs traveled from Qatar, where he worked in the oil services industry, to Washington, D.C. and then to Omaha, Neb., where he rented a box truck. He traveled throughout the Midwest planning a spree of sexual activities with underage children before coming to Arizona. Youngs also expressed his belief that if he were apprehended for these acts, he would likely face relatively easy treatment in the U.S. criminal justice system, according to a statement issued by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. In the statement, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery said, "This savage child predator made the mistake of assuming he would not face serious consequences for collecting obscene images of child pornography. As a result, he'll spend the rest of his life in prison. This sentence should serve as a clear warning to others who seek to victimize children in Arizona that we will not hesitate to mete the most severe punishment possible and I will vigorously oppose any effort to weaken our laws against child pornography." Young also had rented a motel room in Tucson at the time he was traveling. From that motel room, police also confiscated child pornography-related material. |
